Mrs. Frank-Daniels passion is rooted in helping teams communicate effectively and has been working successfully in this field for over 19 years. Her background in theater and performance brings a fresh approach to corporate and educational team building, giving participants an engaging hands on approach to changing and strengthening patterns that immediately spill over into the workplace and beyond. Through Applied Improvisation and customized team building events, her teams provide an unforgettable and meaningful experience that will keep participants talking and building upon long after the event. Mrs. Frank-Daniels attended Juilliard and Yale school of Drama as well as extensive coaching with Uta Hagen for over two years and is the founder of KidScape Productions.


Mr. Daniels’ passion is rooted in leadership and coaching. He brings a positive, fun, focused attitude that is motivational and goal/growth oriented. His background as an United States Marine, Firefighter, and a businessman has led him to believe that no matter what leadership and communication are key to a successful life, both business and personal. His approach is modern and motivating and one that anyone can apply in all aspects of their lives.


Anjali Mathewson is a mother of five and has worked in marketing and executive education across industries and around the world. She has been a Reno resident since 2010 and loves being part of an increasingly dynamic and diverse community. She is an avid yoga practitioner who believes that every day and every moment we must all practice self-love and compassion for others. She is excited to be part of a dynamic company that utilizes theater and applied improvisation to help participants become radically present and engaged with themselves and with those around them. Passionate in her own pursuit of wellness both emotional and physical, she is convinced that these classes arm participants with an essential toolbox to live their best selves in a modern world that can often be distracting and destructive.


Jaime Rogers was born and raised in Reno and loves being involved in the community. She has been professionally involved in the Early Childhood field for 17 years, with specialized training in Environment and Curriculum, Family and Community Relationships, Positive Interactions and Guidance, and Observation and Assessment. Jaime has a firm knowledge in all core areas and brings a sensible and logical approach to situations.


Patrick Perry has been a life time native of Reno, Nevada his entire life. He has received 3 college degrees from the University of Nevada. They are a Bachelors in Education, Masters in Administration, and an Education Specialist in Higher Administration. He is also certified by the state of Nevada in Education K-12. He has a total of 44 years in Education. 15 years as a teacher and 29 years as a school administrator. His career was with both the Washoe County School District (32 years) and the Diocese of Reno Catholic School System (12 years. His passion for continuing to work assisting teachers and working with students appears stronger than ever. He enjoys golfing, backpacking in the mountains and skiing in his free time. Being the principal at his grand children’s school was certainly one of the memorable moments in his career.


Ben is a Nevada native and UNR alumni. He holds a degree in Business Administration emphasizing in Human Resources. His experience comes from years in the Mining, Technology, and 3PL realms.Outside of work he enjoys relaxing with his wife and two dogs or disappearing in the mountains somewhere.
